Weekly Sangha Meetings
We are a group of people who meet each week to practice mindfulness and meditation in the Plum Village tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. Everyone is welcome, from all backgrounds and root traditions. It is not necessary to have any experience with meditation.
We gather every Thursday evening from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.
We are currently alternating our meetings between Zoom and in-person at Chapel in the Pines at 220 Samoset Rd. in Eastham, MA. Please sign up for our weekly newsletter (form below) for the latest schedule.
